Solana Nin is one of the oldest saltworks on the eastern Adriatic coast. In a shallow, ecologically pristine lagoon, surrounded by five Croatian national parks, salt is produced here not by machines, but in harmony with nature.

The secret to its quality lies in three ingredients: the clean Adriatic Sea, the radiant sun, and the strong winds from the Velebit mountains. Unlike industrial salt, Nin salt is hand-harvested and unrefined. This preserves all valuable minerals and the natural iodine from the sea algae.
