The flower of salt (Cvijet Soli) is the most precious treasure of Solana Nin. It forms in the ecological salt pans of the Adriatic only on windless, sunny days as a wafer-thin layer on the water's surface. Harvested by hand and left in its natural state, it impresses with its mild taste and rich mineral content.

In this special edition, the delicate flower of salt combines with the distinctive aroma of dried capers. These wild-growing fruits give the salt a subtly tart, Mediterranean note. The mixture is excellent with fish, seafood, pasta dishes, tomato salads, or white meat.

Ideally, use this salt as a finishing salt: sprinkle it over the finished dish only at the end of preparation to preserve the intense flavor of the capers and the "crunch" of the crystals.
