For centuries, this precious sea salt has been traditionally hand-harvested in the ecological lagoon of Nin. It forms only on windless days as a very thin layer on the water's surface and is rich in natural minerals and iodine.
In this edition, the delicate, crispy texture of the salt flower meets the aromatic freshness of green peppercorns. This combination gives every dish the final, perfect touch. Whether on grilled meat, fish, or fresh vegetables – a Mediterranean moment of pleasure is guaranteed.
