Posh is our Pošip, grown in Čara on the island of Korčula. It is fermented and aged in large, egg-shaped concrete tanks to preserve all the freshness and fruitiness of this wonderful Dalmatian variety. After a year, it is bottled and ready to drink. With typical peach aromas and an almond aftertaste, it pairs perfectly with all white fish dishes, as well as light risottos and pasta dishes.
