Saints Hills Black – 0.75l bottle

Black is a 100% Plavac Mali from our two Dalmatian vineyards, Sv. Roko in Komarna and Sv. Lucia in Dingač. We obtain it as the second cuvée of these two Plavacs, i.e., the part of the wine that isn't Dingač or Sv. Roko. It matures in large wooden tanks, concrete barrels, and small barriques. As the little brother of these two Plavacs, it pairs well with grilled oily fish, meat, or classic dishes with meat sauces.
