Josić Graševina – 0.75l bottle

The most widely planted white grape variety in continental Croatia. Graševina accounts for a large portion of total production at most wineries. It's a highly rewarding grape variety, offering the potential to produce a variety of wine styles, from light, fresh wines for quick enjoyment to high-quality predicates such as ice wines.

The wine was produced under reductive processing conditions and aged in closed stainless steel tanks. The reductive processing and storage conditions contributed to the preservation of floral aromas such as chamomile, elderberry, citrus aromas, and green apple. The wine's color is greenish-yellow, very typical of the variety. A dry wine with a pleasant 3 g/l of unfermented sugar residue and 5.5 g/l of total acidity. With an alcohol content of 12.0% vol., this wine is an "everyday wine" yet representative enough to be perfectly suited to large dining tables.
