The complex cuvée of the regional varieties Buža, Rosignola, Morasola, Carbonazza, and Istrian Bianchera is hand-picked on selected days in early October and immediately cold-pressed at a cool 19 to 21 °C.

The intense and very fine aroma seduces with notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, wild chicory, and artichoke.
