Chiavalon Atilio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This multi-internationally awarded organic olive oil from Istria is the heart of the Chiavalon family, created from decades of tradition and passion. The exclusive blend of indigenous Carbonazza and Istrian Bianchera varieties is cold-pressed immediately after gentle hand-picking at a cool 19–21 °C.

It captivates with a golden-green color and a very rich, dense texture. The aroma is dominated by artichoke and chicory, refined with seductive notes of rosemary and mint. On the palate, the oil unfolds robustly and with strong character: nuances of black pepper and almonds are accompanied by a powerful, fresh bitterness and pungency.

We recommend this extra virgin olive oil perfectly with all types of meat dishes, especially juicy steaks. As an insider tip, it also goes wonderfully as a finish to desserts, preferably a dark chocolate cake.
