Capture the taste of Dalmatia in a glass. The Bura Dingač is a powerful, ruby-red wine from the Pelješac peninsula. Made from the indigenous Plavac Mali grape, it impresses with a dense body and complex aromas of dark plums, figs, cocoa, and vanilla.
Character: Dry, warm, unctuous, and phenomenally smooth despite high tannins.
Quality: 10 months of barrique aging (oak) & 16 months of bottle aging.
Enjoy with: Perfect with red meat, aged cheese & chocolate.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy at 16 °C from large glasses – please do not decant!
