It is made according to a family recipe from fruit distillate, teran, and ten spices. It is Aura's best-known product and a favorite with women. It has won numerous gold medals at prestigious international competitions.
It has a deep ruby red color, is clear and somewhat viscous, and its aroma is pleasant and seductive. It is dominated by notes of ripe sour cherries, milk chocolate, and cinnamon. The taste is sweet, delicate, and complex, with an aftertaste reminiscent of sour cherry jam.
We recommend it as a digestif without ice, chilled to 0 to 6°C. It pairs perfectly with desserts.
