Solana Nin is one of the oldest saltworks on the eastern Adriatic coast. In a shallow, ecologically pristine lagoon, surrounded by five Croatian national parks, the salt here is not produced by machines, but in harmony with nature.

The secret to its quality lies in three ingredients: the clean Adriatic Sea, the radiant sun, and the strong winds from the Velebit mountains. Unlike industrial salt, Nin salt is hand-harvested and unrefined. This preserves all valuable minerals and the natural iodine from the sea algae.
