Shipping Conditions
Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to selected countries within Europe.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
For a minimum order value of 45,- Euros, shipping for food products within Germany is free, and for all wine & spirits, we offer free shipping for purchases over 80 Euros. Otherwise, insured shipping with DHL costs 5.99 Euros.
Deliveries to Austria:
Shipping costs to Austria are a minimum of 13.99 Euros per package, plus 1.00 Euro for each kilogram of parcel weight. A flat rate of 39.99 Euros applies for parcel weights of 20 kg or more.
Deliveries to Europe Zones 1 & 2:
Shipping costs to European Zones 1 & 2 are a minimum of 13.99 Euros per package, plus 1.00 Euro for each kilogram of parcel weight. A flat rate of 39.99 Euros applies for parcel weights of 20 kg or more.
Countries in Zone 1: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic
Countries in Zone 2: Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City
Deliveries to Europe Zone 3:
Shipping costs to European Zone 3 are a minimum of 14.49 Euros per package, plus 1.00 Euro for each kilogram of parcel weight. A flat rate of 39.99 Euros applies for parcel weights of 20 kg or more.
Countries in Zone 3: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) will be made within 3 - 5 days, and international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
