Return and Right of Cancellation

 

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided you have ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or items;

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Hrana GmbH, Westendstr. 123 (1st Floor), 80339 Munich, Phone no.: 089 2000 811 91, Email address: info@hrana.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, which is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, minus the shipping costs that have already been incurred, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly; we reserve the right to sell our goods up to 30 days before the minimum shelf life; goods with less than 30 days of shelf life will be specially marked and reduced in price;

- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of cancellation expires prematurely in contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;

- for the supply of goods if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
